1) Visit the House of Chocolate

House of Chocolate Grenada is top on our list as a MUST visit location on the island. This amazing chocolatey heaven is located on Young Street in the capital city of Grenada called St George’s.

This beautiful and chic museum boasts a gift shop and a cafe which features the island’s local chocolate. You will also get the chance to learn about the history of cocoa and chocolate making in Grenada as well as the different stages of chocolate production. You will also be able to try all of the “chocolatey” goodness they offer and even purchase products to take home as souvenirs of the amazing chocolate journey you just took.

2) Relax and rejuvenate at Hog Island

There is so much things to do on this quiet, island retreat! Bring friends and have Hog Island is a hidden island destination just off the southern shores of Grenada, accessible from the Woburn main road and can only be reached by water taxi or footbridge. It’s an isolated and quiet island during the week with an exciting party experience on Sundays.

Pack lunch, some snacks, drinks and beach activities or games and head to HOG island for a fun time-soaking up some sun and rejuvenating sea breeze.

ctivities On Hog IslandThere are many things you can do at Hog Island.Snorkeling and scuba diving on Hog Island are some of the best in Grenada. Just remember to bring your own equipment.Visitors can enjoy a picnic or throw a barbeque since picnic tables and barbeque pits are already provided. These areas also offer an excellent opportunity to play a game of cards or just lime around and enjoy the beautiful scenery.Hog Island during the week is excellent for rest and relaxation, especially if you’ve been doing a lot of sightseeing and need a beach day.On Sundays, there is a party at Roger’s Bare Foot Beach Bar that usually involves live music and fresh barbeque. The crowds vary depending on the season, the weather, and the inclination of tourists and locals alike. Some weeks it may be an intimate gathering of fellow travelers, others a more giant party.

 

3) Enjoy the rich culture and tasty snacks at The Tower -St. Paul’s

At The Tower you not only learn a lot about the rich culture of the island but you’ll be able to go on tours throughout their estate and even stay for brunch, or afternoon tea where delicious delicacies will be served up made from products found right there on the estate’s farm.You get to try their organic floral teas made from plants grown on the estate and bask in the ambience of the antique and thrilling location.
